The USO, is a private nonprofit organization which has served the men and women in the U.S. military and their families since 1941. The USO is for the people who serve. Strengthening the well-being of the people serving in America’s military and their families.
USO El Paso centers at East and West Fort Bliss provide a warm and comforting place where service members and their families can make use of a computer lab, play a video game, catch a movie, play pool, have a snack or just put their feet up and relax. At the Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS) we support enlisted recruits and their families. From the time, they begin their military career, to the time they reintegrate into civilian life, the USO is with them at every milepost of their military journey.
USO Transition Services aids service members and their families to successfully transition back to civilian life through a first-of-its-kind concierge approach that connects troops and their families with specific resources and organizations in the following eight pillars of support – Finance, Housing, Legal, Benefits, Education, Employment, Health and Wellness, and Family Support.
The USO is a family of volunteers, sustained by the charitable contributions of millions of generous Americans. We are united in our commitment to strengthening the well-being of the people serving in America’s military and their families.
